Your impact;
- Experienced in the design of roadways and drainage for INDOT (or other DOT clients) with the ability to oversee and assist in analyses, developing calculations, and preparing contract documents (PS&E) in accordance with state and local agency requirements
- Working within a team of roadway engineers in the preparation of design and contract documents for transportation projects
- Manage and maintain project documentation, including meeting project schedules, budgets, and scope
Who you are:
- BS in Civil Engineering required.
- Professional Engineer (PE) required
- Candidate may report in-office or work a hybrid schedule. Indiana resident highly preferred.
- 5-8 years of demonstrated experience in roadway and/or bridge design and plan preparation on transportation projects for DOT clients. INDOT experience is a plus
- Experience in design software. Experience in Experience in Microstation and OpenRoads designer is a plus
- Strong written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills
- Traffic modeling, roundabout design, drainage design and/or highway lighting design experience is a plus
