A field-based IT engineer who travels between multiple client sites in Singapore to provide onsite IT support: troubleshooting hardware, software and network issues, performing installations, imaging, deployments and cabling, and documenting completed work. Your Role:
- Travel to different client sites for IT support
- Troubleshoot hardware, software & network issues
- Handle onsite installations, imaging & deployments
- Support IT rollouts, upgrades & projects
- Perform cabling and onsite setup
- Provide coverage during staff absences
- Coordinate with clients & vendors
- Document completed work and service activities
We’re Looking For:
- Experience in onsite IT support, field engineering or desktop support
- Good hardware, software and network troubleshooting skills
- Hands-on experience with cabling, imaging and onsite installations
- Good time management and ability to manage multiple sites/tasks
- Strong communication and documentation skills
- Valid Singapore Class 3/3A driving licence preferred/required
- Willingness to travel to different client locations
- Experience with project deployment tools is an advantage
