台達電子工業股份有限公司 _DELTA ELECTRONICS INC. Robot Arm Force Control Application Engineer _Delta Robotics Innovation Center(南科)
Description
Main Responsibilities:
- Design and develop advanced robotic hardware systems, including mechanical structures, actuator modules, 2D/3D vision sensors, force/torque sensing, and multimodal sensor-fusion architectures. This includes proficiency in visual servoing, force control and compliance control, haptic/tactile sensing, and building high-frequency synchronized data acquisition pipelines (vision + FT + encoder) to enable highly reliable, perception-rich robotic platforms.
- Lead or support full system-level integration, combining hardware, embedded systems, AI perception modules, motion-planning components, and control software into fully functional robotic prototypes.
- Develop experimental platforms and testbeds for evaluating manipulation, mobility, and physical interaction in both simulated and real-world environments.
- Collaborate closely with AI perception, motion planning, and learning-based control teams to ensure end-to-end system performance, robustness, and safety.
- Conduct iterative hardware–software co-design, enabling rapid adaptation, modular upgrades, and design optimization based on research findings or real deployment requirements.
- Identify opportunities for performance improvement and reliability enhancement, leveraging design iteration, sensor feedback, and field-testing results.
- Stay current with emerging technologies in robotic mechanisms, actuation systems, compliant design, multimodal sensing, and modular robotic architectures.
Bonus:
- Experience building task orchestration logic e.g., Behavior Tree/FSM or GUI tools e.g., Qt-based control panels.
- Experience designing task-level compliance strategies that consume force/torque feedback exposed by lower-level control APIs.
- Understanding impedance/admittance control concepts sufficient to configure or tune exposed API parameters for contact-rich manipulation tasks.
- Hands-on experience with physics simulators for validating application-level task logic before real-hardware deployment.
- Experience with multi-repo ROS2 workspace management and Git-based collaborative development.
- Experience with learning-based perception, pose estimation, or manipulation learning.
