Robotics Instructor & Customer Service Executive

We are looking for an enthusiastic and responsible Robotics Instructor & Customer Service Executive to join our education centre.

This is a hybrid role that involves teaching engaging robotics lessons to children while supporting parents and customers with programme enquiries, enrolments, and general customer service.

Key Responsibilities

Teaching Responsibilities

  • Conduct robotics lessons for children aged 3 to 12.
  • Guide students in robot building, coding, problem-solving, and hands-on activities.
  • Prepare classroom materials and ensure lessons are conducted smoothly.
  • Monitor students’ learning progress and provide feedback to parents.
  • Maintain a safe, positive, and engaging classroom environment.
  • Receive training on our robotics curriculum and teaching methods.

Customer Service Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer enquiries through WhatsApp, phone calls, social media, and walk-ins.
  • Explain class programmes, schedules, fees, and promotions clearly to parents.
  • Assist with trial lesson bookings, registrations, payments, and class arrangements.
  • Follow up with prospective customers and existing students.
  • Handle customer concerns professionally and provide appropriate solutions.
  • Support the daily operations and administrative duties of the centre.

Requirements

  • Enjoys working with children and communicating with parents.
  • Friendly, patient, responsible, and service-oriented.
  • Able to communicate clearly in English.
  • Basic Mandarin communication would be an advantage.
  • Comfortable learning and teaching robotics and coding.
  • Teaching, enrichment centre, retail, sales, or customer service experience would be an advantage.
  • Training will be provided for suitable candidates.
  • Fresh graduates and candidates without robotics experience are welcome to apply.

Working Schedule

  • Five-day work week.
  • Candidates must be able to work on both weekends.
  • Two rest days will be scheduled on weekdays.
  • Able to work during school holidays and selected public holidays when required.
