Lead the system-level integration and validation for new robotic platforms across hardware and software subsystems.
Map out and document system architectures spanning mechanical, electrical, firmware, and software domains.
Build early prototypes to validate technical concepts and mitigate risks.
Develop custom testing frameworks, automation software, and diagnostic tools to monitor system performance.
Execute comprehensive test plans for sensing, control, and motion capabilities from initial bring-up to production.
Investigate, triage, and debug complex cross-functional issues during the design and deployment phases.
Skills and Requirements
Degree in Robotics, Mechatronics, EE, ME, or CE (Bachelor's with 5+ years, or Master's with 3+ years of experience).
3+ years of hands-on industrial experience integrating, commissioning, and validating complex electromechanical systems.
Strong programming proficiency in C++ and Python for system-level automation and data analysis.
Deep understanding of overall robotic architecture, including computing, sensing, actuation, and control mechanisms.
Practical experience with industrial communication protocols (e.g., CAN, EtherCAT, Ethernet, serial interfaces).
Proficient in navigating Linux environments and debugging embedded systemsAbout company
