Rock & Brews Deep Cleaner

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
1. Responsible for all deep cleaning of kitchen equipment and kitchen facilities.
2. Must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
3. Must have the requirements to clean of all ovens, fryers, vent hoods, char broilers, griddles, cheese melters,
salamanders, rotisseries, smokers, kettles, tilt skillets, ranges, steamers, coolers, floors and walls.
4. Ensure all cleaning is maintained with the proper chemicals supplied.
5. Inform management of needed repairs.
6. Any other cleaning assignments as made by upper management
