Role-Based Training & Technical Capability Manager

Job Description

  • Oversee the evaluation of training effectiveness, ensuring programs meet industry standards and organizational expectations; implement improvements based on data, feedback, and performance outcomes.
  • Monitor and report on training metrics, dashboards, and reporting mechanisms; present insights and recommendations to senior management.
  • Ensure strong collaboration across IT, HR, Digital Solutions and other support departments to maintain alignment and support collective training objectives.
  • Lead the optimization, automation, and digitization of internal systems and processes to enhance training delivery, accessibility, and qualification tracking.
  • Manage compliance monitoring for employee training plans and qualification packages, ensuring timely completion and adherence to regulatory and organizational requirements.
  • Champion a culture of continuous learning, knowledge sharing, and operational excellence within the training function.
  • Support the broader training organization as needed to ensure seamless learning and service delivery.
