Roll Wrapper

TITLE: 1st Shift Roll Wrapper DEPT: Rolls

HOURS: 5:00 a.m. 1:00 p.m.

Operate the roll machine for optimal performance to ensure best possible quality and production.

JOB FUNCTIONS:

1. Observe machine to ensure quality production advise lead of problems.
2. Place glued roll headers on each side of roll.
3. Initialized header.
4. Keep machine supplied with headers and wrapping paper.
5. Assist operators of rewind by placing finished rolls online.
6. Ensure the label matches and that paper is wrapped properly for shipment.
7. Notate weights from scale and rolls on Roll list.
8. Follow Safety rules and keep the work area in a clean and orderly condition.
9. Perform other duties as assigned.
