Rollout Manager

Key Responsibilities:

1. Collaboration and Coordination:
   
   
• In conjunction with the Sr Rollout Manager, you will partner with Sales Managers, Sales Coordinators, and Account Managers to review and understand the details of new rollouts as they are added to the Rollout Forecast Document.
• Schedule and lead calls with clients to establish clear expectations for the rollout process and engage in detailed discussions to understand their current Resident Bill Back and Synergy Bill Pay processes.
2. Customization and Planning:
   
   
• Adjust and tailor rollout documentation to meet the specific needs and requirements of each client, ensuring the plan is aligned with their expectations.
• Work with Onboarding leadership to allocate the appropriate Onboarding Specialists to manage each rollout, ensuring proper expertise and resource allocation.
3. Client Communication and Support:
   
   
• Act as the initial primary liaison for clients to begin the rollout process, ensuring they are well-informed, engaged, and satisfied with the progress.
• Set firm expectations with clients regarding timelines, deliverables, and potential challenges while maintaining a high level of professionalism and approachability.
4. Process and Quality Oversight:
   
   
• Monitor the progress of each rollout and ensure it is progressing according to plan, identifying any roadblocks and making adjustments as needed.
• Ensure that Account Managers are equipped with the tools and information necessary to manage the rollout moving forward, ensuring a smooth transition post-rollout.
