Roof Replacement Sales Rep

Company: Top Roofing Company in Northern Illinois providing full-service roofing, construction, and restoration in the Chicagoland Area.
Position: Roof Replacement Sales Rep -Canvass neighborhoods to identify homes that have either old tired ot storm damage roofing. Speak to homeowners educate them on their roofing issues and conduct a Free roof inspection to take pictures and help them submit a claim if it's storm damaged.
Compensation:
-Average: $125K-$150K/year
-High performers: $150K-$200K/year
-Top performers: $200K-$300K+/year
Requirements
-Previous roofing sales or home services sales experience
-Comfortable canvassing neighborhoods to identify home with roofing issues
-Able to climb a ladder and conduct roof inspections
-Reliable transportation (car or truck) required
Responsibilities
-Canvass neighborhoods to identify homes with potential storm damage
-Perform roof inspections (training provided)
-Speak with homeowners about roofing solutions and insurance claims
-Present and sell roofing solutions
-Complete paperwork
