Roofer/ Shinglers Supervisor

• Oversee roofing projects from start to completion, ensuring work is completed safely, on time, and to high-quality standards.
  
• Supervise and coordinate a team of roofers, assigning daily tasks and monitoring performance.
  
• Plan and organize daily roofing activities based on project requirements and timelines.
  
• Ensure compliance with workplace health and safety regulations, policies, and procedures.
  
• Coordinate the delivery, availability, and proper use of roofing materials, tools, and equipment.
  
• Monitor job progress and ensure projects remain on schedule and within established requirements.
  
• Communicate with clients, project managers, contractors, and other stakeholders regarding project progress and requirements.
  
• Identify and address issues or delays that may impact project timelines or quality.
  
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure workmanship meets company and industry standards.
  

Requirements

• Proven +6 years of experience in roofing, with supervisory experience preferred
  
  
• Shingle Systems experience required
  
  
• Knowledge of safety regulations and roofing standards
  
  
• Ability to read plans/blueprints and manage project timelines
  
  
• Good communication and problem-solving skills
  
  
• Reliable, organized, and detail-oriented
