OVERVIEW
A roofing company is seeking a Project Manager to oversee roofing jobs from initial customer contact through completion. This is a primarily field-based role in the greater New Haven, CT area.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Follow up with company-provided leads and close clients.
- Assess roofing needs through site visits or virtual measurements.
- Calculate job costs based on materials, labor, and profit margins.
- Secure contracts and collect deposits.
- Schedule jobs and oversee field crews to ensure timely completion.
- Coordinate with ownership on subcontractors and project needs.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Construction background and roofing knowledge strongly preferred.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus.
- Strong communication, organization, and project management skills.
- Able to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Comfortable working in the field.
- Must own a vehicle.
Must live within 30-45 minutes of greater New Haven, CT.
