Job Summary

Join a specialized roofing contractor as a Roofing Site Coordinator & Safety Supervisor. Coordinate roofing projects on-site and ensure safe operations for our foreign workforce. Full training and sponsorship for safety and trade courses provided.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily roofing project activities on-site to ensure timely and efficient progress
• Monitor and enforce workplace safety protocols to protect all workers, especially foreign laborers
• Communicate clearly with team members and contractors to resolve issues and maintain project flow
• Support the implementation of safety training and compliance with regulatory standards
• Assist in scheduling and tracking progress of safety and trade certification courses for workers
• Maintain accurate records of site activities, safety incidents, and workforce attendance

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Willingness to undergo full on-the-job training and sponsored safety and trade courses
