Room Attendant (47825)

CoCo Key Hotel & Water Resort Orlando is seeking dedicated and hardworking Room Attendants to join our Housekeeping team. Room Attendants play an essential role in creating a clean, comfortable, and welcoming environment for our guests.

Position Summary

Room Attendants are responsible for cleaning and maintaining guest rooms and ensuring each room meets CoCo Key’s standards for cleanliness, presentation, and guest satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Clean and maintain assigned guest rooms according to established hotel standards.
• Make beds, change linens, clean bathrooms, dust, vacuum, mop, and replenish room amenities.
• Ensure guest rooms are properly stocked and presented for arriving guests.
• Inspect rooms for cleanliness, damage, maintenance concerns, or missing items and report issues to the appropriate department.
• Follow proper procedures for handling guest belongings and lost-and-found items.
• Respond professionally and courteously when interacting with guests.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of housekeeping carts, equipment, and assigned work areas.
• Follow all safety, sanitation, and hotel policies and procedures.
• Complete assigned rooms within established productivity and quality standards.
• Work cooperatively with Housekeeping leadership and other hotel departments.
• Assist with deep-cleaning projects and other housekeeping duties as assigned.
