Room Attendant

• Execute assigned general cleaning duties with precision and efficiency, ensuring all areas meet our organization's brand standards
• Clean and service all allocated guest rooms and public spaces to the highest level of presentation and hygiene
• Demonstrate exceptional attention to detail in room inspections, ensuring guests arrive to immaculate accommodations
• Replenish guest supplies, amenities, and informational materials in bedrooms and bathrooms according to room type specifications
• Provide efficient, friendly, and professional service to all guests, responding promptly to requests and concerns
• Maintain organized inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, reporting any shortages or maintenance issues
• Follow all safety, health, and hygiene protocols to ensure a secure environment for guests and team members
• Work collaboratively with housekeeping team members and other departments to support smooth daily operations
• Adapt flexibly to changing priorities and workload demands while maintaining quality standards
• Communicate effectively with supervisors and colleagues to resolve challenges and share feedback

• Excellent time management and organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks efficiently
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative approach to working within a dynamic team environment
• Keen eye for detail with a genuine passion for quality, cleanliness, and presentation
• Physical fitness and energy to perform active, hands-on duties throughout your shift
• Ability to work a rotational schedule, including weekends and holidays, as required by operational needs
• Reliability and punctuality with a strong commitment to attendance and dependability
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new procedures, technologies, and guest service standards
• Problem-solving mindset with the ability to handle unexpected situations with resilience and composure
• Knowledge of or willingness to learn hospitality cleaning standards and guest service protocols
• Ability to work independently while remaining responsive to team needs and supervisor guidance
• Empathetic approach to guest interactions, understanding the importance of creating positive experiences
• Eligibility to work in Egypt and willingness to comply with all local employment regulations
