What You'll Do

• Clean and service guest rooms according to Hilton brand standards
• Change linens, make beds, and replenish amenities
• Vacuum, dust, sanitize, and maintain guest rooms and bathrooms
• Report maintenance concerns and lost-and-found items
• Ensure rooms are guest-ready and meet quality standards
• Respond to guest requests in a friendly and professional manner
• Follow all safety and sanitation procedures

Qualifications

• Previous housekeeping, hotel cleaning, janitorial, or custodial experience preferred but not required
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Dependable attendance and positive attitude
• Ability to stand, bend, lift, and move throughout the shift
• Weekend and holiday availability preferred
