Room Attendant (HIS)

General Responsibilities

• Attend morning huddles
• Consistently offers professional, friendly, and engaging service.
• Ensures housekeeping departmental standards are followed.
• Responds timely to guests’ special requests for miscellaneous items like cribs, cots, extra towels, etc.
• Maintains inventory of necessary supplies.
• Follows departmental policies and procedures.
• Follows all safety and sanitation policies
• Assists other departments when needed to ensure optimum service to guests.
• Performs additional duties as needed

What We're Looking For

Experience & Education

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• 1 year of housekeeping or room attendant experience preferred but not required

Skills & Abilities

• Strong attention to detail with a commitment to consistently high-quality work
• Reliable, professional demeanor with a warm, guest-focused attitude

Physical & Schedule Requirements

• Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and kneel for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs throughout each shift
