Job Summary

The Northern Hotel is seeking a dependable, detail-oriented Room Attendant to join our Housekeeping team. The Room Attendant plays an important role in creating a clean, comfortable, and welcoming environment for our guests while maintaining the high standards of service and hospitality expected at the Northern Hotel.

Responsibilities

• Clean and service guest rooms according to hotel standards.
• Make beds, change linens, and replenish towels and guest amenities.
• Clean and sanitize bathrooms and guest room surfaces.
• Vacuum, dust, mop floors, and remove trash.
• Report maintenance issues, damages, and lost-and-found items.
• Respond courteously to guest requests and maintain guest privacy.
• Follow hotel cleanliness, safety, and sanitation procedures.
• Maintain housekeeping carts and supplies in an organized manner.

Qualifications

• Previous housekeeping experience preferred but not required.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness.
• Dependable, punctual, and able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to perform physical cleaning duties throughout the shift.
• Willingness to work weekends and holidays as needed.
