🌟 WHAT YOU'LL DO: MAKE EVERY STAY SHINE!
As a Room Attendant, you'll play an important role in creating memorable guest experiences. Your daily mission will include:
🛏️ Make Beds, Make Smiles! Strip used linens and make beds with fresh, crisp bedding that makes guests excited to settle in.
✨ Make It Sparkle! Clean and sanitize guest rooms, bathrooms, hallways, and public areas to keep everything looking its best.
🧼 Stock It Up! Restock towels, toiletries, amenities, and other guest essentials so everything is ready for the next arrival.
🧹 Dust, Vacuum & Shine! Keep furniture, floors, windows, mirrors, and fixtures clean and welcoming.
🔍 Be a Detail Detective! Check rooms carefully to make sure everything is clean, organized, and ready for our guests.
🛠️ Spot It, Report It! Notice something that needs attention? Report maintenance issues and room concerns promptly.
😊 Spread Positive Energy! Greet guests with a friendly smile and provide helpful, courteous service.
🤝 Be a Team Player! Work together with your coworkers and other departments to keep the hotel running smoothly.
🧺 Keep Supplies Ready! Organize cleaning carts, equipment, and storage areas to help the team work efficiently.
🌿 Keep Every Corner Fresh! Help maintain patios, balconies, hallways, and other hotel spaces.

🎯 WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
We don't expect you to be perfect—we're looking for someone with the right attitude, a strong work ethic, and a willingness to learn!
Our ideal candidate:
Has a positive attitude and enjoys working with people.
Takes pride in cleanliness and pays attention to the little things.
Is dependable, organized, and ready to get the job done.
Communicates well with guests and team members.
Enjoys staying active throughout the workday.
Can work independently while also being a supportive team player.
Is available to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, holidays, and other scheduled shifts.
Has a high school diploma or equivalent.
Previous housekeeping or hotel experience is a plus, but it's not required! Experience with Marriott, Hilton, IHG, Wyndham, or similar hospitality standards is preferred. We're happy to consider candidates who are eager to learn!

This is an active, hands-on position that's perfect for someone who likes to stay busy!
The role includes:
Standing, walking, bending, reaching, and lifting throughout the shift.
Lifting and moving items weighing up to 50 pounds as required.
Pushing and maneuvering cleaning carts.
Using vacuums, cleaning supplies, and other housekeeping equipment.
Working with cleaning products and following all safety procedures.
Performing physical cleaning tasks in guest rooms and public areas.
We'll count on you to follow proper cleaning procedures, handle hotel equipment responsibly, and help maintain a safe, clean environment for everyone.
