Position Summary
We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Guest Room Attendant to join our housekeeping team. This role is essential in creating a welcoming and comfortable stay for our guests by ensuring guest rooms are cleaned, sanitized, and maintained to the highest standards of hospitality.
Key Responsibilities
- Thoroughly clean and service guest rooms, including making beds, changing linens, dusting, vacuuming, and sanitizing bathrooms.
- Replenish guest room supplies such as toiletries, towels, and amenities.
- Ensure guest rooms and corridors are clean, safe, and well-maintained.
- Respond promptly to guest requests and provide excellent service with professionalism.
- Report any maintenance issues, damages, or missing items to the appropriate department.
- Follow all hotel policies, health, safety, and sanitation guidelines.
- Support team members and contribute to a positive, team-focused work environment.
