Reports to Housekeeping Manager; position is non-exempt
THE ROLE
The Room Attendant reports to the Housekeeping Manager, working to maintain the consistent cleanliness and organization of guest rooms and spaces. It is critical that the Room Attendant possess an eye for detail and can maintain the hotel’s standards of cleanliness. At Aparium, our Housekeeping teams are expected to hold themselves, the guests, and each other in high regard. The Room Attendant will actively develop trusting and transparent relationships with their peers, both in their department as well as throughout the hotel. The Room Attendant will have the opportunity to work with a phenomenal group of individuals with whom collaboration, humility, and open minds are the norm—no egos are allowed.

We're looking for a detail-oriented Housekeeping Room Attendant to help create exceptional guest experiences through clean, comfortable and welcoming guest rooms. If you take pride in your work, enjoy staying organized, and appreciate the impact thoughtful details canmake, we'd love to meet you.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Clean and maintain guest rooms to hotel standards
- Stock supplies, linens, and amenities
- Follow housekeeping procedures, safety guidelines, and quality standards
- Report maintenance or cleanliness concerns promptly
- Maintain organized work areas, storage spaces, and equipment
- Collaborate with teammates and leadership to ensure an outstanding guest experience
- Participate in team meetings, training, and ongoing development opportunities
WHAT YOU WILL NEED
- Passion for cleanliness, organization, and hospitality
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Basic knowledge of cleaning techniques and safety practices
- Ability to communicate effectively in English
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, lift, and carry up to 25 lbs. regularly and up to 100 lbs. with assistance
- Comfortable working in a dog-friendly environment
