Room Manager

What you’ll be doing…
As a Room Manager, you will be at the heart of our matchday experience at Rangers FC, leading supervisors, frontline staff, and back-of-house teams to deliver excellent customer service, keep operations running smoothly, and drive sales in a fast-paced stadium environment.

Conduct pre-shift briefings, supervise onsite staff, and keep team morale high throughout the shift
Oversee the setup, live service, and end-of-day close-down of your bar and lounge
Lead and support supervisors and frontline teams to ensure a smooth service
Support the training and development of new team members
Monitor stock levels to meet peak demand while keeping wastage to a minimum
Maintain high customer service standards throughout the event
Manage the smooth running of the room during busy periods and peak footfall
Ensure Health & Safety and company policies are followed at all times
Work closely with the wider management team to deliver an exceptional guest experience

Working Pattern: This is a casual, event-day role, with shifts available throughout the season.

What can you bring?

Proven experience in hospitality, bars, venues, or event supervision
Previous stadium or live event experience is highly desirable
Confident communicator with the ability to motivate and lead a team
Ability to remain calm and make effective decisions under pressure
Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
Dependable, enthusiastic, and customer-focused
Passion for delivering high-quality guest experiences in a busy event environment
Flexible availability to work key matchdays, weekends, and evenings
