Room Stylist - Midnight shift 晚班客房造型師

Performs overnight room inspections and maintenance in a hotel, ensuring cleanliness, safety, and readiness for guests under Marriott’s standards.
職位宗旨
依照飯店客房工作品質標準清潔客房及樓層公共區域、並製作隔日早班報表以提供客房造型主任排房。
主要負責事項
- 提早抵達公司、著裝完畢，準時到辦公室與晚班客房造型聯絡專員交接。
- 值班時應穿著整齊制服、黑襪、黑色皮鞋，並保持服裝儀容整潔，符合W形象。髮長過肩應束髮，以確保工作安全。
- 妥善保管領取之房卡、MVPN及Pantry鑰匙，並於晚班聯絡專員下班時，確實核對鑰匙及手機數量；領取及歸還務必簽名以示負責。
- 每位晚班客房造型師負責巡視樓層以確保安全。巡視前需列印出Out of Service / Order報表，於巡視樓層時一併檢查，以確認乾淨與否。
- 巡視樓層時一併確認備品室及消防梯是否已經上鎖。
- 遵守所有公司政策和程序。
- 協助處理房客需求及遞送備品。
- 協助整理臨時需要打掃的客房。
- 遇到客訴時陪同迎賓櫃檯經理處理突發狀況。
- 協助迎賓櫃檯英才尋找客人寄存在客房造型部的遺留物。
- 製作隔天早班客房造型主任所需的樓層報表。
- 紀錄房客向客房造型部所借出的品項。
- 完成主管交辦事項。
- 與隔日早班客房造型聯絡專員交接。
