Job Summary
Perform external and internal building painting tasks safely and efficiently, applying skills in rope access and working at heights to deliver quality finishes.
Responsibilities
- Apply external and internal paint coatings to buildings following safety and quality standards
- Use rope access techniques to safely reach and paint elevated building surfaces
- Inspect surfaces before painting to ensure proper preparation and adhesion
- Manage time effectively to complete painting tasks within scheduled deadlines
- Work overtime and weekends as required to meet project timelines
Required competencies and certifications
- Possess IRATA Level 1 competence in rope access certification to perform safe work at heights
- Have at least 2 years of experience in external painting works conducted at height
Preferred competencies and qualifications
Certificate of competence in rope access IRATA level 1
Other Information
- Willingness to work overtime and on weekends is required
