About the Role

As a Rostering Coordinator (known internally as a Service Delivery Coordinator), you will manage workforce rosters, respond to operational requests, conduct employee welfare calls and ensure service delivery standards are maintained across a portfolio of clients.

This is a day-shift position with rostered shifts across weekdays and weekends.

Roster Pattern

  • Training: 8:00am – 4:00pm

  • Week 1: 5:30am – 1:30pm or 6:00am – 2:00pm (depending on portfolio)

  • Week 2: 10:00am – 6:00pm

What You’ll Bring

  • A strong commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.

  • The ability to work collaboratively in a supportive team environment.

  • Confidence managing competing priorities in a fast-paced setting.

  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and the ability to quickly learn new systems.

  • Previous experience in rostering, administration, workforce planning or a contact centre is highly regarded.

What You’ll Need

  • Previous experience in rostering, administration, workforce planning or a contact centre environment.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • A professional and confident phone manner.

  • Full Australian working rights.

  • Australian Citizenship (required due to government client requirements).

  • Ability to successfully complete a National Police Check.

  • Availability to complete your initial training from our Parramatta office.
