About the Role
The player will be joining a competitive USL-aligned team that operates within a professional club environment and follows the USL player development pathway.
Our teams compete in a high-performance setting designed to support long-term player growth, exposure, and progression, while maintaining strong standards around commitment, professionalism, and team culture.
Players are supported by licensed coaches and a structured curriculum that emphasizes individual development, game understanding, and team principles, while competing against strong regional and national opposition.
What You’ll Do
- Participate in a structured weekly training program aligned with the club’s game model and development framework
- Compete in USL league fixtures, showcases, and optional tournaments as part of the seasonal calendar
- Demonstrate commitment to training attendance, match days, and team standards
- Engage in individual development planning, feedback sessions, and player evaluations
- Represent the club with professionalism on and off the field, including adherence to player conduct expectations
- Communicate effectively with coaching staff regarding availability, development goals, and performance feedback
Qualifications
The ideal candidate will:
- Have prior competitive playing experience (club, academy, or school-based competition)
- Demonstrate strong technical ability relative to age group and position
- Show a positive attitude, coachability, and willingness to learn
- Display good game understanding, effort, and work rate
- Be committed to a team-first environment and long-term development
- Be able to meet the physical and time demands of a USL-level program
