Roustabout Division Manager

We are looking for a motivated and experienced Roustabout Manager to lead field crews and oversee operations in the Sentry, ND area. The ideal candidate as at least 5 years of hands-on experience in oilfield roustabout work and is ready to step into a leadership role.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise roustabout crews and daily field operations
• Ensure job sites are safe, clean, and compliant with regulations
• Coordinate with clients and internal teams to meet project goals
• Maintain equipment and oversee logistics
• Train and mentor new crew members

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of roustabout experience
• Strong knowledge of oilfield operations, tools, and safety standards
• Valid driver's license
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Must be dependable and safety-conscious
