Job Summary
- Delivery Operations: Safely operate a company vehicle to deliver 5-gallon water bottles, salt bags, and filters to homes and businesses.
- System Maintenance: Perform standard equipment functionality tests, troubleshoot basic equipment malfunctions, and install or remove water treatment systems.
- Customer Service: Act as a brand ambassador by addressing customer questions, resolving minor complaints, and educating customers on water quality.
- Sales & Upgrades: Identify opportunities to upgrade equipment, suggest additional products, and generate new accounts.
- Route Management: Plan and execute your route in the most efficient manner to minimize miles and meet delivery requirements.
- Administration & Cash Handling: Accurately process and execute delivery orders, collect payments, and manage invoices and route books.
- Vehicle & Inventory Safety: Maintain vehicle cleanliness, and load/unload products using dollies or forklifts.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Education & Experience: High school diploma or equivalent. Prior route, delivery, or mechanical experience is preferred but not required (comprehensive training is provided).
- Driver’s License: Valid driver’s license with an insurable driving record.
- Physical Stamina: Capable of safely lifting and moving heavy products (frequently lifting up to 50-90 lbs repetitively).
- Compliance: Ability to pass a DOT physical, drug screen, and background check.
- Skills: Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills. Basic aptitude for mechanically-inclined work and basic plumbing/troubleshooting
