About the role
Do you have experience in the mass distribution sector and are you looking for a stable, full-time job in the island of Fuerteventura? If you are an autonomous, organized person, have your own vehicle to carry out route travel, and are looking for a position in a morning shift with stable and continuous calls, this offer is for you. We offer you the possibility of joining a consolidated project within the beverage sector, being in charge of ensuring the supply, visibility, and proper presentation of top-level brands in reference supermarkets and hypermarkets on the island.
What you'll do
In your day-to-day life, you will be the person responsible for managing the assigned commercial route in Fuerteventura, performing the following main responsibilities:
Management of a fixed inter-weekly route (Monday to Friday): execution of the usual itinerary in the central zone/Puerto del Rosario (Fuerteventura 3 Centro), visiting establishments of chains such as Dinosol and Agrucan (HiperDino Las Rotondas, HiperDino Dinosol Aulaga, Padilla Pto. Rosario, Padilla Castillo, Padilla Las Granadas, SuperDino El Charco, Majada Marcial, SuperDino Matorral Aeropuerto, SuperDino Antigua and SuperDino Villaverde) according to the planned weekly frequency.
Management of route on alternating Saturdays: on Saturdays scheduled for work shifts, travel to the southern route (Fuerteventura 1 Sur) to cover the centers of Gran Tarajal and Morro Jable (Padilla Gran Tarajal, Padilla Morro Jable and HiperDino Gran Tarajal).
Replenishment and conditioning of merchandise: continuous filling, ordering, and placement of beverages and soft drinks on shelves, endcaps, and assigned promotional spaces.
Point of sale management and rotation: rigorous control of expiration dates, adequate rotation of displayed stock, and maintenance of clean, orderly, and visually attractive shelves.
Stock control: constant supervision of available stock at the point of sale to prevent stockouts.
What we're looking for
Mobility: It is essential to have a valid driver's license and your own car to carry out the usual commercial route in Puerto del Rosario and the bi-weekly travel towards the southern zone (Gran Tarajal - Morro Jable).
Geographic location / Residence: Preferential residence in Puerto del Rosario or municipalities in the central zone of Fuerteventura to optimize daily travel.
Key competencies: Dynamic, autonomous profile, with organizational capacity, commitment to morning punctuality, and high attention to detail in product display.
Nice to have
Required experience: Previous experience in route replenishment functions within the food, beverage, or consumer goods sector in supermarkets and hypermarkets is valued.
What you'll get
Mileage compensation: Reimbursement and payment of travel and mileage performed at a rate of €0.21/km.
Salary remuneration: €17,094.00 gross per year fixed according to the collective agreement of the replenishment services and operational marketing sector.
Provision of materials: Provision of the necessary Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and uniforms managed for the service.
How you'll work
Contract type: Intermittent Permanent-Seasonal contract (Contrato Fijo-Discontinuo) on a full-time basis (a position of a stable nature with continuous activity).
Start date: November 03, 2026.
Working day and schedule: Full-time 40 hours per week distributed from Monday to Saturday in a fixed morning shift from 06:00 h to 15:00 h, with alternating Saturdays off.
