We're looking for a dependable and customer-focused Relief Route Driver to support our route operations across the Portland Metro Area and Northern Oregon Coast. If you enjoy variety, independence, and staying active throughout the day, this could be the opportunity you've been looking for.

What You'll Do & Succeed Here

As a Relief Route Driver, you'll cover established routes when regular drivers are away, ensuring our customers continue receiving exceptional service. You'll deliver products, stock micro markets and vending equipment, maintain inventory, and build positive relationships with customers while representing Evergreen Refreshments with professionalism.

Success in this role comes from being adaptable, dependable, and customer-focused. You'll thrive if you enjoy working independently, learning new routes, solving problems, and taking ownership of your work.

We're Looking for Someone Who:

• Has a valid driver's license and a clean driving record
• Is at least 21 years old
• Enjoys working independently while remaining part of a supportive team
• Has a friendly, customer-first attitude
• Can confidently navigate changing routes and customer locations
• Is dependable, organized, and detail-oriented
• Has basic math and inventory tracking skills
• Enjoys a fast-paced, active workday
• Can safely lift up to 50 pounds throughout the day
• Adapts quickly to changing schedules and business needs
• Wants to build a long-term career with a growing company

No Industry Experience? No Problem.

We provide paid, hands-on training to help you succeed from day one. You'll learn our products, route procedures, inventory systems, vending and micro market equipment, customer service expectations, and safety standards so you can confidently step into any route when needed.
