We're looking for a dependable and customer-focused Relief Route Driver to support route operations and help ensure our customers continue receiving outstanding service whenever regular route drivers are unavailable.

What You'll Do & Succeed Here
As a Relief Route Driver, you'll cover established routes, deliver products, stock customer locations, merchandise inventory, and help create exceptional customer experiences across a variety of accounts. No two days are exactly the same. You'll have the opportunity to learn multiple routes, meet different customers, and become a key part of keeping our operations running smoothly.
You'll thrive in this role if you enjoy working independently, staying active, solving problems, and taking ownership of your work.
We're Looking for Someone Who:
- Has a valid driver's license and a good driving record
- Is at least 21 years of age
- Enjoys working independently while remaining part of a supportive team
- Has a positive, customer-first attitude
- Can confidently navigate changing routes and customer locations
- Is dependable, organized, and detail-oriented
- Takes ownership of their work and follows through on commitments
- Has basic math and inventory tracking skills
- Enjoys a fast-paced, active workday
- Can safely lift and move up to 50 pounds throughout the day
- Has Merchandising and vending experience (preferred)
- Is eager to learn new routes, products, and systems
- Wants to build a long-term career with a growing company
No Experience? No Problem.
We provide paid training to help you succeed from day one. You'll learn our products, route procedures, inventory management systems, customer service expectations, merchandising standards, and operational processes so you can confidently step into any route when needed.
