Roving Operations Manager

Manager, Roving Operations (WV, OH, PA)
Job Duties & Responsibilities:

Must be willing and able to travel approximately 50% of the time between assigned operational sites throughout West Virginia, Ohio, and Pennsylvania to provide on-site leadership and operational oversight.

Oversees day-to-day operations across multiple physical sites throughout West Virginia, Ohio, and Pennsylvania to ensure efficiency, quality, and safety performance

Provides leadership, direction, and support to supervisors and team members across assigned operations to achieve operational objectives
Regularly travels between assigned sites throughout West Virginia, Ohio, and Pennsylvania to provide operational oversight, coordination, and leadership support
Develops and implements policies, procedures, and performance metrics that align with company goals
Coordinates resources, schedules, and workflows across assigned operations to optimize productivity and customer satisfaction
Partners with Safety, HR, and other departments to promote compliance, training, and continuous improvement
Analyzes operational data across assigned operations to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement
Completes any other duties that may be assigned to complete the job

Job Requirements:
You must be able to:

Speak, write, and read fluent English; hear and have good vision
Maintain regular on-site attendance and punctuality
Travel regularly between operational sites throughout West Virginia, Ohio, and Pennsylvania
Work outside in environmental conditions that may include extreme heat or extreme cold
Work in environments that may involve protected and monitored exposure to chemicals, fumes, odors, or other conditions typical of an industrial facility
Wear all required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) without restriction and pass any medical examination associated with the use of PPE
