What You Will Do:
- Travel throughout the portfolio to assist communities with coverage for open positions, this could be any position in the office and site unit counts vary by property.
- Collect rent, provide data entry for pending items.
- Schedule make ready needs, coordinate vendor needs, etc.
- Assist prospective residents through the entire leasing experience from tours to move-in.
- Address resident concerns in a timely, professional manner.
- Prepare for resident move ins from new lease administration, walking move ins and ensuring units meet Nolan standards and ready for the new resident move-ins.
