RPA Architect

We are seeking a Solution Architect with strong expertise in Intelligent Automation, RPA, and Applied AI to define solution strategies and architecture for enterprise transformation initiatives.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for translating business concepts into scalable technology solutions, developing technical roadmaps, and creating clear execution plans. This is an Individual Contributor role requiring strong technical depth, structured thinking, and exceptional documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Partner with business and technology stakeholders to understand opportunities and challenges
• Translate business requirements and concepts into actionable solution architectures and implementation roadmaps
• Design scalable solutions leveraging Automation Anywhere, Applied AI, Generative AI, and Intelligent Automation technologies
• Define architecture patterns, standards, and best practices
• Create solution design documents, architecture diagrams, technical blueprints, and executive presentations
• Evaluate technologies, assess trade-offs, and provide architecture recommendations
• Guide engineering teams through architecture reviews and technical decision-making
• Drive alignment across business, product, engineering, and platform teams

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in Solution Architecture, Enterprise Architecture, or Software Engineering
• Strong hands-on experience with Automation Anywhere and enterprise automation solutions
• Experience designing Applied AI and Generative AI solutions
• Strong understanding of APIs, integrations, cloud-native architectures, and enterprise systems
• Proven ability to convert ambiguous business requirements into structured execution plans
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and documentation skills
• Proficiency in English at an Upper-Intermediate level (B2) or higher

Nice to have

• Experience with Databricks or AWS
• Knowledge of Agentic AI, RAG architectures, and Intelligent Document Processing
• Skills in enterprise architecture frameworks and governance practices
