RPA Business Development Specialist

Objectives -

This job role tends to work at RPA BD division responsible for RPA solution process building and Project management to support RPA business development, promotion and biz growth, to make QCT essential and success.

In most cases, this job role works in team-based assignments, mainly focus on User’s existing SOP understanding then convert it as RPA’s SOP for RPA solution development and deployment, while also need have solution marketing to promote RPA solutions to support RPA biz growth.

Major Responsibilities / Job Description -

1. Project Management, including schedule planning & control, process evaluation, solution lifecycle management.
2. Interview with customers to well understand user’s existing business process
3. Process automation build and optimize to generate RPA SOP documents based on user’s requirements
4. Team work with QCT RPA Development Team and relevant stakeholders to accomplish multi tasks, including :

• Define the requirement with customers and deliver to QCT RPA Development Team
• Communicate and negotiate with QCT RPA Development Team for resources arrangement and project schedule planning
• Communicate and consent with User to complete UAT
• After service coordination

5. Support sales engagement to drive biz opportunity as win deal
