RPA Developer
Work Setup: Full Onsite – BGC, Taguig
Work Schedule: Dayshift
We are looking for an experienced RPA Developer with strong hands-on experience in designing, developing, deploying, and maintaining automation solutions. The ideal candidate should be able to independently handle RPA development initiatives from requirements gathering through deployment and production support.
Key Responsibilities
Design and develop robust RPA solutions based on business and process requirements.
Handle the end-to-end development lifecycle of automation solutions, including requirements analysis, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance.
Analyze business processes and identify opportunities for automation and process improvement.
Develop, configure, test, debug, and optimize RPA bots and workflows.
Troubleshoot automation issues and provide timely resolution for production-related concerns.
Collaborate with business stakeholders, process owners, and technical teams to translate requirements into scalable automation solutions.
Monitor deployed automations and implement enhancements to improve reliability, performance, and efficiency.
Create and maintain technical documentation, process flows, and other automation-related documentation.
Requirements
Proven hands-on experience in RPA development and implementation.
Strong experience with at least one of the following RPA platforms:
Microsoft Power Automate
Automation Anywhere
Blue Prism
Demonstrated experience delivering RPA solutions in a production environment.
Experience handling automation projects from requirements gathering through deployment and production support.
Strong knowledge of workflow design, process automation, debugging, and troubleshooting.
Ability to independently assess processes and determine appropriate automation approaches.
Experience integrating RPA solutions with applications, databases, APIs, Excel, or other enterprise systems is an advantage.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Good communication skills and ability to work effectively with both technical and business stakeholders.
Willing to work fully onsite in BGC, Taguig.
What We’re Looking For
Someone with substantial hands-on RPA development experience, not purely theoretical or training-based exposure.
Someone who can independently build, troubleshoot, deploy, and support automation solutions.
Experience working with business-critical or production automations is highly preferred.
