RPA Developer (Blue Prism)
About the role
Develop and support Blue Prism automations that reduce manual work and keep business processes running reliably. You'll work with Business Analysts, process owners, Solution Architects and support teams across design, development, testing and production support.
Key responsibilities
Build Blue Prism processes and reusable business objects.
Translate business requirements into practical automation solutions.
Use work queues, exception handling and recovery logic to ensure reliable processing.
Conduct unit testing, support SIT/UAT and help deploy changes into production.
Monitor bots, troubleshoot incidents and resolve recurring issues.
Integrate enterprise applications and data sources.
Maintain documentation and follow development, security and governance standards.
About you
3–8 years of relevant IT development experience, including at least 2 years of hands-on Blue Prism development.
Experience building or enhancing Blue Prism processes and business objects.
Practical knowledge of work queues, exception handling and environment variables.
Experience with control room, scheduling, monitoring and production troubleshooting.
Working knowledge of SQL and relational databases.
Experience contributing across requirements, design, testing and deployment.
Ability to explain technical issues and collaborate with business and technology colleagues.
