• Must have sound knowledge of:

  • Process Enhancement
    
• Ability to utilize critical thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced environment.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex technical issues clearly to both technical and non-technical teams.
  

Responsibilities

• Set up new virtual machines and perform testing of processes on new virtual machines.
  
• Identify issues and provide fixes.
  
• Work closely with Product Owners, Project Managers, and other RBC teams to manage dependencies.
  
• Coordinate project activities with onshore and offshore teams.
  
• Operate in a highly regulated, change-controlled environment where attention to detail is critical.
  
• Balance and prioritize workload while assisting other team members as needed.
  
• Maintain and create support knowledge base documentation.
  
• Participate in team meetings.
  

Essential Skills

• 4+ years of Blue Prism developer experience.
