Summary
Develops and implements Robotic Process Automation (RPA) solutions using Blue Prism to automate business processes, improving operational efficiency in a dairy industry client environment.
Work model: 3 days a week from the office in Gdańsk.
Rate: B2B: Senior - up to 185 zl/h, Mid - up to - up to 160 zl/h,

Summary: The main function of this role is to develop and implement Robotic Process Automation (RPA) solutions within the organization. The objective is to enhance operational efficiencies through automation, leveraging the Blue Prism platform.
Main Responsibilities:
Design, develop, test, and deploy automation solutions.
Create Solution Design Documents (SDD) and technical documentation.
Lead technical design and architecture of automation solutions.
Own solution architecture, technical standards, and design reviews.
Develop reusable components and apply development standards.
Define reusable frameworks, development standards, and best practices.
Drive quality assurance practices, code reviews, and testing strategy.
Support production bots, incidents, and continuous improvement activities.
Mentor developers and provide technical leadership within the RPA community.
Collaborate with architects, business analysts, and testers.
Work effectively within Agile and DevOps environments.
Drive DevOps adoption and CI/CD practices across the automation team.
Key Requirements:
Strong hands-on Blue Prism development experience.
Expert-level Blue Prism development and framework design.
3+ years of commercial experience in RPA development for Specialists.
5+ years of commercial experience in enterprise-scale RPA development for Seniors.
Nice to Have:
Experience with Logic Apps.
Familiarity with GitHub.
Exposure to Document Intelligence.
Knowledge of SAP APIs.
Experience with Azure Foundry.
Power Apps development experience.
Power Apps solution design experience.
