We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented RPA Developer to design, develop, and implement automation solutions that streamline business processes. The ideal candidate will leverage expertise in Python and Java alongside automation frameworks like Selenium and Sikuli to build robust, scalable bots that enhance operational efficiency and reduce manual intervention.
Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain automation workflows to meet business requirements. Utilize Python and Java to script complex logic and integrate various systems through APIs and custom code. Develop and maintain test automation scripts using Selenium for web-based applications. Implement image and pattern recognition techniques using Sikuli to automate interactions with legacy or non-standard desktop applications. Conduct thorough testing and debugging of automation solutions to ensure reliability and performance. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify automation opportunities and optimize existing processes. Document technical specifications, process flows, and maintenance procedures for all automation projects. Required Skills and Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field. Strong programming proficiency in Python and Java. Hands‑on experience with Sikuli for image-based automation. Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and automation best practices. Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex automation challenges. Preferred Qualifications Experience with RPA platforms (such as Ui Path, Automation Anywhere, or Blue Prism). Knowledge of SQL and database management. Experience with version control systems like Git. Previous experience in an Agile/Scrum development environment.
