RPA Developer (m/f/n)

As you probably know – a lot is happening at InPost. We are rapidly expanding our business process automation area and building an RPA Center of Excellence responsible for scaling and standardizing automation across the organization and multiple European markets.

We are looking for a UiPath Developer who wants to combine traditional RPA with modern AI capabilities (including Large Language Models) and have a real impact on how automation evolves within the company.

You will work in an international environment, delivering solutions that improve key business processes.

Within the RPA Center of Excellence, we develop and scale automation solutions across the organization. Our focus is on building stable, scalable solutions and combining RPA with modern AI technologies.

Solutions are delivered across multiple markets with a strong emphasis on standardization, operational efficiency, and business impact.

Scope of the role:

• Developing robots in UiPath and building independent, testable components

• Designing and delivering RPA + AI solutions, including LLM integrations

• Creating scalable and reliable automations aligned with PDD and best practices

• Building reusable components and libraries to standardize and accelerate delivery

• Integrating robots with SAP, ERP/CRM systems, web applications, SQL databases, and office tools

• Implementing business logic and robust error/exception handling

• Maintaining and enhancing existing automation solutions

• Supporting automation monitoring and documentation updates

• Contributing to CoE standards and best practices

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in UiPath development

• Hands-on experience combining RPA with AI (e.g., LLM integrations)

• Strong knowledge of business process automation

• Experience with enterprise systems (SAP, ERP, CRM)

• Python knowledge or programming experience is a plus

• Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail

• Excellent communication skills when working with business and IT

• English proficiency (min. B2)

• Fluency in Polish
