RPA Developer

We are seeking a skilled UiPath RPA Developer to design, develop, test, deploy, and support Robotic Process Automation (RPA) solutions using the UiPath platform. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with UiPath Studio, UiPath Orchestrator, and UiPath Robots to automate business processes, improve operational efficiency, and ensure reliable automation delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and implement RPA solutions using UiPath Studio based on business and functional requirements.
• Develop scalable, reusable, and maintainable automation workflows following UiPath best practices.
• Configure, deploy, schedule, and monitor automation processes through UiPath Orchestrator.
• Manage attended and unattended UiPath Robots, ensuring smooth execution and optimal performance.
• Perform process analysis to identify automation opportunities and recommend suitable RPA solutions.
• Create and execute unit testing, integration testing, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) support for automated processes.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve issues related to bots, workflows, and production environments.
• Monitor bot performance, analyse execution logs, and implement improvements to increase automation reliability.
• Collaborate with business analysts, process owners, and cross-functional teams to gather automation requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Ensure secure credential management, exception handling, logging, and compliance with organisational governance standards.
• Maintain technical documentation, including Process Design Documents (PDD), Solution Design Documents (SDD), deployment guides, and operational runbooks.
• Support production deployments, perform root cause analysis for automation failures, and provide ongoing maintenance and enhancements.
• Participate in code reviews and promote development standards, coding best practices, and reusable components.
• Integrate UiPath solutions with enterprise applications, APIs, databases, web applications, ERP systems, and other business platforms where required.
• Assist in automation lifecycle management, including version control, release management, and change management activities.
• Continuously evaluate new UiPath features and recommend improvements to existing automation solutions.

Required Skills:

• Strong hands-on experience with UiPath Studio, UiPath Orchestrator, and UiPath Robots.
• Solid understanding of the Robotic Process Automation (RPA) lifecycle and automation best practices.
• Experience with workflow development, exception handling, debugging, and process optimisation.
• Knowledge of REFramework and reusable component development.
• Familiarity with APIs, Excel automation, PDF automation, email automation, and database integration.
