RPA Platform Administrator – UiPath, WorkFusion, Windows Server & RPA Platform Support

Required Skills:

· Triggers

· Active Directory/SSO Integration

· CyberArk/Azure Key Vault and Enterprise Platform Support

Preferred Skills:

· Experience with Monitoring & Observability Tools (Dynatrace, Splunk, AppDynamics, Grafana).

· Experience supporting enterprise-grade RPA platforms in BFSI or highly regulated environments.

· Strong knowledge of ITIL processes, Incident Management, Change Management, Problem Management, and Release Management.

Education Requirements:

· Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.

· UiPath Certified Professional (UCP) preferred.

· UiPath Infrastructure Engineer Certification preferred.

· Work Fusion RPA Certification preferred.

· ITIL Foundation Certification preferred.

· Microsoft Azure or Windows Administration Certifications are a plus.
