The key purpose of this role is to drive automation, analytics, and process optimization initiatives within Procurement Operations. The role will focus on transforming manual procurement processes into scalable digital
solutions through Power BI, Power Automate, Excel VBA/Macros, Microsoft Copilot, and data analytics. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical capabilities combined with a deep understanding of procurement processes, including Purchase Requisitions (PR), Purchase Orders (PO), Vendor Management, Contract Management, and Procurement KPIs.

Key Roles and Responsibilities:

• Analyze and improve end-to-end Source-to-Pay (S2P) processes

• Develop and maintain tech solutions like Power BI / SQL / Power automate / Macro etc.

• Support Procurement, Supply Chain, and Finance teams in process optimization

• Drive standardization of procurement processes across regions and business units

Minimum Requirements:

• Min Degree in relevant field

• Experience working in FMCG Environment is an advantage

• Data Modeling / Power Query / DAX / Report Development / Dashboard Design / Workspace

• Administration / Power BI Service

• Cloud Flows / Approval Workflows / Scheduled Flows / SharePoint Integration / Outlook Integration /

• Excel Online Integration / Error Handling / API Integrations

• Agent Development / Generative AI / Topics / Actions / Power Automate Integration / Knowledge
