Must haves:
- Core skills- 5+ years UX designing
- Figma
- Experience in managing user stories with Agile, SCRUM, Lean, DevOps methodologies
- Demonstrated experience with agile sprint management, bug tracking and testing life cycle management using Azure DevOps
- 5+ years experience in Digital Service Design
- Demonstrated experience conducting iterative design proof-of-concepts / wireframes in Figma or other tools
- Develops sound processes for requirements gathering including but not limited to JAD sessions, interviews, mockups, etc
- Develops performance measures and traceability matrices for business analysis evaluation and conducts follow-up
- Demonstrated experience conducting validation and verification of all design elements on webpages
