RSD Pre-Sale Coordinator

POSITION SUMMARY

The Pre-Sales Coordinator will communicate between the customers and the company throughout the production of their fire apparatus. They will produce change orders based off mid-point and final corrections. The Pre-Sales Coordinator will work with employees on the floor to ensure all specs are met and any issues are fixed. Also, they will answer any questions and inquiries produced by customers and dealers.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

The scope and duties of a given position may change or be temporarily altered based on the business needs of Rosenbauer.

1. Communicates between the customers and the company throughout the production of their fire apparatus.
2. Answers any questions and inquiries produced by customers and dealers.
3. Produces change orders based off mid-point and final corrections.
4. Works with employees on the floor to ensure all specs are met and any issues are fixed.
5. Meets with customers to assist in the proper creation of the truck.
6. Updates customers with pictures and information regarded their fire apparatus.
7. Troubleshoots trucks and creates solutions for deficiencies found.
8. Performs other duties and responsibilities as required by management to meet the needs of the company.
