RTM Warehouse Specialist

Responsible for ensuring smooth day-to-day execution of outbound activities, distribution coordination, and operational reporting._ **Key Responsibilities** **_Warehouse & Outbound Operations_** + Support daily warehouse outbound operations including order processing, picking, packing, and dispatch activities + Coordinate with distributors, transporters, and 3PL providers on delivery schedules and order fulfilment + Monitor outbound KPIs including on-time dispatch, order accuracy, and truck utilization + Maintain accurate records and documentation for all outbound shipments + Monitor and maintain inventory accuracy across all warehouse locations, ensuring stock levels align with system records at all times. + Support cycle counts and stock reconciliation activities, coordinating with warehouse teams to identify and resolve variances. + Track inventory discrepancies, investigate root causes, and coordinate corrective actions with relevant stakeholders to prevent recurrence. + Ensure inventory data integrity in the system (WMS/ERP), maintaining up-to-date and accurate records for all stock movements and adjustments. **_Biscuits In-House Co-Packing Support_** + Manage inbound operations for Biscuits in-house co-packing coordinate receipt of raw/semi-finished materials, verify quantities and quality, and ensure timely staging for co-packing activities. + Manage outbound operations for Biscuits in-house co-packing coordinate finished goods dispatch, ensure accurate picking/packing of co-packed products, and arrange timely delivery to distribution points. + Coordinate with co-packing team on production schedules, material availability, and output targets to ensure seamless inbound-to-outbound flow. **_RTM Operations_** + Assist in RTM operational planning and day-to-day execution across assigned distribution channels + Track and report delivery performance, exceptions, and operational issues to the line manager + Coordinate with internal teams on order priorities and fulfilment schedules + Support continuous improvement initiatives in warehouse and outbound processes + Assist in managing 3PL (third-party logistics) performance where applicable, including score-carding and issue follow-up + Participate in ad-hoc supply chain projects and process improvement assignments as required + Verify and validate invoices and billing documents for accuracy, ensuring alignment with contractual terms, purchase orders, and actual services rendered before approval and payment processing + Manage Purchase Requisition (PR) and Purchase Order (PO) creation and Goods Receipt (GR) processing in the MIB system, ensuring timely and accurate documentation of procurement and delivery activities + Monitor and evaluate vendor/3PL performance against agreed SLAs and KPIs; prepare performance scorecards, identify gaps, escalate issues, and coordinate corrective action plans to drive continuous service improvement **Qualifications & Experience** + Bachelor's degree in supply chain, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field + Minimum 2 years of experience in outbound and warehouse management, preferably in FMCG + Solid understanding of warehouse operations, inventory management, and distribution/RTM processes + Proactive, detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving skills + Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple priorities with tight deadlines + Good communication and coordination skills; able to work cross-functionally + Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint); experience with WMS or ERP (e.g., SAP IM/WM) is required + Basic English communication skills (reading and writing); fluency in Thai is required + Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic FMCG environment No Relocation support available **Business Unit Summary** **Mondelēz International in Southeast Asia is in five countries serving 19 markets with more than 18 nationalities and 7,500 employees.
