RtR Junior Accountant in Cash Management Team

About the role:

In your role as an RtR Junior Accountant you will be responsible for managing the flow of money into and out of a company, making sure outgoing payments are made on time and bank accounts are reconciled every month. On a day-to-day basis, your responsibilities will involve close collaboration with Treasury, PtP, OtC and Master Data departments. You'll be a valued member of a skilled team of 15 professionals who, like you, are committed to upholding high standards of accuracy and excellence.

Your main scope of duties and responsibilities will be to:

  • Month end bank accounts reconciliation for multiple entities

  • Processing of automatic and manual payments

  • Posting and clearing of banking transactions for various bank accounts

  • Resolving operational issues within Payment area

  • Preparation of reports for Group Treasury

  • Main contact for local finance teams for any banking query

  • Develop, improve and maintain good relationships with local business units and banking counterparties

  • Maintaining high quality of appropriate process documentation (process maps, procedures)

We would like you to have:

  • At least 1 year of experience in Finance/Banking/Treasury area

  • Very good command of English

  • Precision and attention to details

  • Good problem solving skills

  • Ability to work under time pressure and to prioritize your tasks

  • Proactive attitude and engagement for continuous improvement
