RTR Team Leader

Location: Kraków, Poland (Hybrid)
Contract: Until January 2027, with possible extension

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced RTR Team Leader to manage and support a finance team responsible for Record-to-Report. This is an excellent opportunity for a finance professional with strong leadership skills and a solid accounting background.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and support the RTR/General Ledger team

  • Oversee month-end close and financial reporting activities

  • Ensure accuracy and timely completion of accounting processes

  • Manage account reconciliations and journal entry reviews

  • Drive process improvements and operational excellence

  • Support team development and performance management

Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience in RTR, General Ledger, or Financial Accounting

  • Minimum 4 years of people management or team leadership experience

  • Strong understanding of month-end close and reporting processes

  • Experience working with SAP

  • Advanced Excel skills

  • Fluent English
