軟體測試工程師 / QA Specialist - Junior to Senior

We're seeking a QA tester to ensure the quality and reliability of our game development, including server-side logic, databases, and client-side admin interfaces. If you're experienced in testing, fluent in English, and ready to join an exciting project, we'd love to have you on our team!

#Responsibilities
1. Collaborate with product managers, designers, and developers to ensure product quality throughout the development lifecycle.
2. Design, execute, and maintain clear and effective test cases to ensure comprehensive coverage.
3. Identify, track, and analyze issues; reproduce bugs and provide actionable feedback for resolution.
4. Contribute to test planning, test strategies, and release validation processes.
5. Document testing processes and promote best practices across the team.
6. Continuously improve testing methods, tools, and workflows.
7. (For senior candidates) Mentor team members and help drive QA standards and process improvements.

# Qualifications
1. Experience in software testing (Game, Web, API).
Junior/Mid-level: 1+ years or strong interest in pursuing a QA career
Senior: 6+ years of relevant experience
2. Familiarity with test management tools such as Jira, TestRail, or similar.
3. Experience in test case design and test documentation.
4. Understanding of testing methodologies (e.g., boundary testing, risk-based testing).
5. Strong communication, problem-solving skills, and proactive mindset.
6. Proficiency in both English and Chinese, written and spoken.
7. (For senior candidates) Experience in at least one advanced area such as test automation, performance testing, or system-level testing.
